2. Data We Collect
2.1 Commercial Contact Form (/anunciar)
By filling out the commercial proposal form, you voluntarily provide: company name, business email, advertisement format of interest, and a free message (optional). This data is sent to our email inbox via your device's email client (mailto:). We do not store this information on our own servers.
2.2 Tool Suggestion (/enviar)
The submission form collects tool name, URL, and description. This is data about products, not about identified individuals, and it is stored on our own server for editorial moderation.
2.3 Ad Click Tracking
When you click on a sponsored tool, we record: tool identifier, ad position, date and time of the click, and source page URL (HTTP Referer header). This data is used exclusively for performance reports for advertisers and is not linked to individual identities.
2.4 Local Preferences (localStorage)
We save in your browser's local storage the keys theme (light/dark) and fmai-consent (cookie preferences). This data never leaves your device.

5. Sharing and International Transfer
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share it in the following situations:
- Google LLC (USA) when you consent to analytics cookies, browsing data is sent to GA4. Google adopts the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as a safeguard for international transfers (Art. 33 of LGPD).
- Own hosting server (USA) ad click data and submissions are stored on our own server.
- Legal obligation we may disclose data when required by law or court order.

9. Minors
FindMyAI is not directed at children or adolescents. We do not intentionally collect data from individuals under 18. If you identify that we have collected data from a minor, please contact us for immediate deletion.

We may update this Policy periodically. The “last updated” date at the top indicates when the current version came into effect. For material changes, we will notify you via a prominent notice on the website in advance.
